ARGUMENTS
       fwnode
           Optional fwnode of the interrupt controller

       info
           MSI domain info

       parent
           Parent irq domain

DESCRIPTION
       Updates the domain and chip ops and creates a MSI interrupt domain.

RETURN
       A domain pointer or NULL in case of failure.
